Changes in the team structure, big and small projects, the development of Avantaj CMS CMS, it was all part of the web design and web development agency Avantaj NET Interactive growth.
In 2007 there were some major changes in the team structure. How did that affect the business?
Marius Dosinescu: The personnel ups and downs didn't scare us at all and we are not scared of it today either, because it's all part of the business and the business has a strong structure. We are based on one individual, but on a sum of knowledge and experiences that all together make a team, a very good machine that works perfectly in developing and designing successful websites and online projects.In 2007 we changed the team because we needed to grow quality ike and the investment in Avantaj CMS, a stabile soft was more than necessary, because it allowed us to develop websites very fast, very good and quality standard.
You also started the development of your own branded content management system, Avantaj CMS, was that a good decision on a long term?
Marius Dosinescu: The entire strategy of the years to come was based on Avantaj CMS, and the initial investment is one that unrolls. In 2007 we could fee the open source CMS-s breathing down our necks, but we saw an purtunity, not a threat. We saw the weak points in Joomla, Magento, WordPress and we developed a CMS that covers these weak spots and gives added value to a project.
The web design of the websites is clearly getting better and better as the years go by, is that a result of experience or ever growing passion for what you do?
Marius Dosinescu: Ok, there is a saying: evolve or stay home. I couldn't say our designs are better and better, but that the clients are more and more demanding and we meet the challenges, every single time. A satisfied client from the web design and web development point of view is a client that has results, thus pure gold. It is not our interest in designing art pieces in a museum if the client just wants to sell his product. Our passion and will to bring results to the client (results = money) has also brought an improvement in our work. We always insisted in developing projects that are user friendly, in order to please the client and its visitor on the website.
Your portfolio is quite impressive in 2007: Credit Europe, Pepsi, Juicyfruit, Bucuresti Mall etc. How did you manage?
Marius Dosinescu: We managed thanks to the structure of our team: Account management, Creative DPT, Development DPT, Interaction DPT, Management. In time, we managed to create a work system that functions, internal procedures that has helped us maintain a professional control over each project. The key to success is to organize in time and space each task that you receive from the client, a proper project management allows you to deliver in time and to create successful projects in parallel. We have always delivered to the wants and needs of the client, because it is useless to deliver a work of art perfectly designed to the spot if the client doesn't need it anymore.
