What is your number one pride project of 2006?

Marius Dosinescu: I can say with all my heart that www.Baneasa.ro has been the project of 2006. Our reason is a very simple one: we found in Baneasa a client that knew exactly what it wanted, but in the same time it let us, the web design and web development specialized team, to do our work from a visual, content, technical and all the other points of view you can think of. The success of this project did not delay to appear and also to this day, 4 years later, www.Baneasa.ro holds top positions in Google after specific searches (e.g. "Baneasa apartments").

The company's turnover in 2006 was growing, did you stop there?

Marius Dosinescu: No, it is not recommended to stop, especially when you have in mind a business growth. That year we chose a reorganization in our structure from the accountancy, financial point of view and, of course, the business grew. By the end of 2006 we opened several offices in Bucharest, Caracal and Craiova.

Were these 5 years tough on you, on the company and on the team o Avantaj NET Interactive, or did you take on every challenge?

Marius Dosinescu: Each year is special and different in its own way, especially in an unstable economy, that is constantly hitting us with drastic falls. At that time, we had our youth and our enthusiasm, so we looked at every project as a new step, a new challenge, a new and exciting way to gain more experience, to perfect ourselves.

Is entrepreneurship as easy as they say? How did you grow as a professional and as a leader during these years?

Marius Dosinescu: Entrepreneurship isn't easy or hard, it only depends on what you want the result to be. You can fall in despair or you can have a huge success, either way entrepreneurship is the best education that you can possibly get. There is no school to teach you how to work with people, with clients, with you own money in the game. Nothing but entrepreneurship shows you all this and lots more: accountancy, human resources, money management, anger management, ambition, success and failure. It is a road that we chose in good will and we will not stop until we have reached our destination.

How many employees did the company have in 2006 and why did you choose to open an office in Caracal also?

Marius Dosinescu: In 2006 I felt for the first time the need to expand nationwide, but with this also came a huge need to expand financially due to the growing salaries. So we first chose underdeveloped areas of Romania from informational point of view, but with great university centers (Craiova) and we managed to keep a very good quality price report for a long period of time, in an expanding market.
