Did you manage to grow your online business in the e-commerce direction?

Marius Dosinescu: At first the e-commerce projects started as a fun experience and as a chance to grow in our general know-how. But, little by little, www.floridelux.ro, the first e-commerce project turned into a full business. The expansion was helped by the blooming internet business at that time and due to the fact that FlorideLux.ro was the first online flower shop to accept online credit card payments in Romania. This is the way Avantaj NET Interactive managed to develop a second wing of the business: e-commerce.

Did the e-commerce websites turn out to be a good investment for Avantaj NET Interactive?

Marius Dosinescu: Yes, the www.floridelux.ro, www.coroane.ro and www.brazidecraciun.ro projects have turned out to bring a considerable part of the turnover in the business, although they are niche projects. These websites hold top positions in Google, after specific searches, in their correspondent market piece.

What new clients did 2004 bring for the web design and web development part of the business?

Marius Dosinescu: 2004 was a full growing year, in constant expansion, and among other corporate and presentation projects we also developed some major projects such as Jurnalul National, Saptamana Financiara, Bucharest Business Week and the continuing business relationship with Marius Tuca Show for the www.tucashow.ro website.

Did you feel a certain grow in quality, demand and offer in 2004?

Marius Dosinescu: 2004 was the year of service repositioning for the web design and web development agency Avantaj NET Interactive. The growth was fast due to the Phare financing, so Avantaj NET Interactive became one of the top web design and web development agencies in Romania, with a very good quality and price report. Also, we noticed a growth in the demand, due to the expansion of the internet era among companies and the private sector.
