What made you start this business?

Marius Dosinescu: I started Avantaj NET Interactive out of pure passion and the will of doing something in my future that I really, really enjoy. To be honest, it was a tough choice and a challenge all together, but the bottom line is that I have succeeded in some spots where others have failed.

Who was your first client?

Marius Dosinescu: My first client... Oh, those were the days! My first client was Marius Tuca Show a very loved and watched TV talk show at that time. Marius Tuca and his team trusted me and my company from the beginning, he was my oldest client, but in our days the oldest client in our portfolio is the rock band Directia 5.

How many employees did you have in the first year?

Marius Dosinescu: In 2001 I had no employees, a good thing in a long term, because it permitted the company to grow in a normal passe, according to my desires.

Is it difficult being an entrepreneur in Romania?

Marius Dosinescu: Yes, it is very difficult but I can say for sure that this jungle we're living in helps you grow up really fast and in a good way. Being an entrepreneur in Romania involves high knowledge of all the laws, being one step ahead of everyone, having a lot of ambition and courage.

What made you go on?

Marius Dosinescu: Well, basically the same thing that made me start the business: my passion for the internet, the will to do great things, to innovate, to develop a non existent market at that time: web design and web development agency.
